Today is June 30th, and that means it's the last day of National Candy Month.
Celebrate the ending of this sweet month with a fresh bag of twizzlers, some Sprees (if you can find them!), a bag of swedish fish...or if you want to shop local a trip to Malley's Chocolate for some red fruit slices and an espresso truffle...sounds scrumptious...good thing I plan to hit the gym tonight! :)
Oh man, I can't believe I missed out on National Candy Month!! Good thing I celebrate every month. I'm a Willy Wonka fiend myself. :)
ReplyDeleteI would love to do a "field trip" to BA Sweeties in Parma. I hear that place is the bees knees!
I still find myself secretly hoping one day I will find a Scrumdidilyumptious Bar (from willy wonka) or a slugworth sizzler, but they are never there....ah well.

I seriously love that when I write about gum, candy and food I get the most comments. Seems readers of "iheartc" have just as much of a sweet tooth as mine!
ReplyDeleteI have ALWAYS wanted to go to BA Sweeties and have been tempted many a time...perhaps one of these days I will come up with an excuse to visit, perhaps I should post about it soon?
In the meantime I will continue to devour this huge bag of twizzlers I have in my car, a box of sprees in my desk drawer and a cherry tootsie pop in my purse! How many licks does it take to get to the center anyways? :)
