Get your ticket today! The Cleveland Clinic Women’s Health Center is hosting a day-long conference to encourage all women to take time out for themselves and focus on their own health. Participants attending the day long conference will celebrate health and wellness--learning that small changes, done consistently will contribute to years of improved quality of our weeks, months and years. I went last year and highly encourage everyone to attend. It was fun and very informative, a great time for ones self.
