A few weeks ago, over the holiday feasting I was able to sample many of the new specialties at this lovely restaurant on West 6th. The evening began with an "interesting" Caprese Martini (Tomato Infused Vodka-Fresh Basil-Balsamic Tomato-Fresh Mozzarella) and proceeded through to a Perfect Pear (Pear Gallette, Gingered Cream, Pear Crisps and Caramel.)
If you are looking for somewhere to go and not completely blow your new years resolutions of eating better, more organic and ultra-fresh there is plenty for you to pick from at Crop Bistro. Super scrumptious!
