See chocolate science at the Chocolate Bar–chocolate experiments with a culinary twist include making chocolate ice cream with liquid nitrogen. Browse the Chocolate Store, where you can purchase luxury chocolates from around the world. Explore the plant, the products and the culture of chocolate through the lenses of science, history, anthropology, economics and popular culture.
