Carmona returns (7/26)

Carmona cleared to return Saturday, right-hander hasn't pitched for Tribe since May 23! When the 40-pitch 'pen was over Tuesday at Angel Stadium, Fausto Carmona, nine weeks after landing on the disabled list with a left hip strain, got his official clearance to rejoin the Indians' rotation Saturday against the Twins. Manager Eric Wedge wouldn't speculate on what the corresponding roster move will be Saturday. "We're playing it day by day in regard to that," Wedge said. "We don't have to do anything until Saturday."



What could be better than a baseball game this weekend? There are so many things happening this weekend in Cleveland but with a close friend in from out of town, nothing is better than a Sunday afternoon ball game, a cold beer and the ultimate "I" soft pretzel (and lots of sunscreen!)?
