Grab your sari, Fire on Shaker Square announces the return of guest chef Radhika Rajwade and the traditional Indian feast!
Dinner includes an assortment of Indian condiments, ragda patties, dahi papdi, chicken chaat, tandoori prawns and lahori fish fry, cashew chicken curry, roasted eggplant and garlic clay bread, butter fish, cauliflower and steamed rice, spiced minced goat, rice, saffron and crispy onions with yoghurt sauce, braised goat and spinach with pea, cheese and almond curry. For dessert, warm carrot and cardamom pudding and a cardamom-pistachio cookie. Mango lassi, rose wine cocktails, assorted Indian beers and masala chai will be offered as beverages.
