thanks so much for posting this :) i forwarded it to many excited arby's fans! 5 of my office mates and I went to the W117th location yesterday to get our freebie... and it was quite the experience with balloons, painted windows and the entire staff greeting us when we came in and thanking us - in unison - when we left! Hiliarious.
