MENU: Santa Maria Beef Tri-Tip with Roasted Potatoes & Blue Cheese Mash, Homemade Beef Jerky, Seared Romaine Salad w/Smoky Tomato Vinaigrette, Smoked Chicken, Grilled Shallot & Gouda Pizza, Grilled Angel Food Cake with Seared Peaches & Blueberry Sauce.
