Join the folks at Fairview Hospital Wellness Center for yoga breathing exercises followed by meditation to celebrate the full moon! Bring a notebook or journal. All levels of yoga and meditation students are welcome to this once-a-month class. Mark your calendar and invite your friends for an interesting evening of celebrating the stars.
