Good Eats
After a week of being sick I am just starting to get my appetitie back. While sittiing around I began to compile a mental list of all the exotic meals and everyday indulgences that i woud rather be eating other than chicken soup...
I compiled a small list of some of my favorite eats...as of today. Check back with me next month as this list is known to change from time to time. If you think I left off a yummy delight, let me know, I will check it out.
My Favorite....
•Breakfast Place : Borderline in Lakewood, Juniper Grille downtown, Stone Oven in Cleveland Heights & Yours Truly in Chagrin Falls
•Greasy Pizza : Angelos in Lakewood
•Fancy Pizza : Bar Cento in Ohio City (Sunnyside Pizza with eggs is killer!)
•Place to eat outside (when it's not snowing!) : Three Birds in Lakewood, Fire in Shaker Square & Prosperity in Tremont
•Mexican : Nuevo Aculpulco on Lorain (Don't let the motel parking lot scare you!) or Momocho's (goat cheese guac is smashing)
•Sushi : Parrallax or Brothers Lounge (Tuesday nights only.)
•Vietnamese : #1 Pho
•Indian : Café Tandor (I could eat Onion Nan for every meal!)
•Chinese : Golden Gate in Lakewood (random but great)
•Cheap eats : Nates in Ohio City...don't forget your cash.
•French : Tartine Bistro in Rockey River
•Soup : Souper Market FOREVER
•Italian: Bucci's in Rocky RIver & Johnnys Downtown (for those special occasions!)
•Happy hour : Flying Fig
•Wine bar : D'Vine on flight night! (bubbles are best)
•Dessert : 6am Special from Lola's or ice cream from Mitchells
•Best Splurge : Baricelli's Inn
I am officially getting hungry. I am sure I missed a few, can't wait to hear from you!

Love your list, great idea! Here's a few of mine...
Best burger - Lolita's for their reverse happy hour. Awesome burger (w/ egg) and for only 5 bucks it can't be beat.
Best pepperoni pizza - Edison's in Tremont. They sprinkle parmesan on the crust too for extra yummy goodness.
Fastest breakfast - The Place to Be in Lakewood. You get your food in about 4 minutes - I swear!
Best tater tots - Happy Dog. They have so many other great items on their menu too.
I'm sure I'll think of many more...
I LOVE "The Place to Be." I love to sit in the window and drink coffee from old diner mugs.
I have never had Edisons Pizza, sounds great.
Thanks for the post!
Best bakery - On the Rise in Cleveland Heights. Actually, I'm eating a cookie from On the Rise as I write this.
I like Nuevo Acapulco for Mexican too, but Maya on Bagley Road in Berea is two notches better. Very fresh food, good service, clean, nice atmosphere, great prices. It's my new fave.
Best place to take your family for a special occassion: Maggiano's Little Italy at Beachwood Place. Yes, it's a chain. But the food, service, and details make this place truly special. I'll also note the servings are gi-nourmous--another plus--you always take home a doggie bag, extending the pleasure of the meal's company into the following day's meal(s).
