Looking for someplace new to lay your blanket this holiday weekend to take in the heart pounding, sky glitter known as fireworks?
Celebrate Independence Day in style from the decks of the Steamship William G. Mather. Discover what life onboard a working Great Lakes freighter was like as you take in the fireworks. Walk the decks and marvel at the “engineering firsts” that helped transform Northeast Ohio into a great industrial center. Experience the golden era of steamboats and the holiday "bling" on one of the best tickets.
Food and drinks can be purchased on board. Fireworks begin at dusk, although the ship opens at 6pm, first come first serve. Entrance tickets are $12. For more info visit the Great Lakes Science Center.
