Speed & Strength for Girls (7/14-17)

Girls, want to get quicker and stronger? Join the team at the Lakewood YMCA for the first ever Strength, Power & Agility Workshop. Under the supervision of two trained and certified fitness professionals, girls will learn proper techniques for developing and improving speed, agility, and power through specific training. Specific exercises include, but not limited to jump
training, plyometrics, ladder work, core stabilization, balance training, and sled pulling.

Grades 4-9. This workshop will be kept to 15 girls. Register at the front desk or call (216) 521-2992 July 14-17 from 4:15-5:45 pm Cost: $80

I wish I was in ninth grade again so I could take advantage of what sounds to be a great week of workouts. Instead I will just have to head to the gym tonight, hit the stationary bike, lift a few weights and grab a few laps in the pool. Hope to see you there! :)
