From Nature with love (2/14)

This Saturday, why not spend the day outdoors with someone you love? The Cleveland Metroparks has a few outdoor adventure offerings that should keep you warm on this lovely winter holiday. Grab your mittens and scarf and wear an extra layer of socks, the fresh outdoor air will do you good.

Valentine's Day Hike : 1-2:15pm : Do something different this holiday - bring a sweetie out for a hike through the beautiful, wintry trails of Rocky River Reservation. Revel in snowy sights with Naturalist Bethany Majeski, then head back to the Nature Center to enjoy some hot cocoa by our warm fireplace. Rocky River Nature Center. Terrain: uneven surfaces, 2 miles

A Hearty Hike : 1-2:30pm : Hearts are to be seen everywhere this season, but the most important heart is your own. Come out and hike in Euclid Creek Reservation; even in winter it's fun and healthy for your heart. Euclid Creek Reservation, Highland Picnic Area parking lot : Terrain: slippery, hill, 2.5 miles

Harlem Love Song : 2pm : Spend some time this Valentine's Day enjoying love poems, music, and a romantic short film from the Harlem Renaissance.
