Last weekend I spent a relaxing day strolling though Chagrin Falls with one of my closest gal pals. As we meandered through the tiny shops we stumbled upon this amazing dress shop named “Lizzy & Jane.”

Every wall displays darling unique dresses...I wanted one of each. Did you know there is a dress for every occasion? There is. These hand crafted, works of art can be worn with cowboy boots right up to your best pair of stilettos. When I was in the store I had the pleasure to meet one of the owners, Marilyn. She told me how they work with their designer to choose very select fabrics and craft them into the perfect dress for you.

Not only do they carry unique dresses they also carry the real simple line of bridesmaids dresses which are stunning! The store also carries pretty jewels and bags to accessorize your dress. Seriously I was like a kid in a candy store, I wanted to buy one so bad and now I can't stop thinking about them.....so maybe this weekend...

It truly is a gorgeous store, you simply must visit!

Hello my dear i heart cleveland readers...

I am oh so sorry for being a delinquent poster this week. My work has been super busy and on the side I have been purging my home for this weekend's "tag sale." It's really no excuse except that I just wanted to say hello and wish you all a very wonderful Cleveland weekend.

Seussical the Musical @ the Beck (05/21-22)

I saw this play on Friday night and was completely WOWED! Great job Youth Theatre at the Beck for putting on an amazing show.

As I nestled into the front row of the show, I thought to myself, "another children's play, I'll get through it," but by the end of the first full company number I had the tunes stuck in my head and was humming along. Not only does the play tell a charming story of Horton and the Who's it is visually bright and colorful A must for children AND adults!

Based on the works of Dr. Seuss Directed by Russ Stich Join the mischievous Cat in the Hat and his friends in this fantastical, magical, musical extravaganza! Adults $10; Students $8.

Weekend happenings!

What can I say? This morning being a Cleveland sports fan is a bit tough. Tough to believe the series/season is over. Tough to believe that now we must wait to hear what happens to our Cavs team. Just tough. I'm thinking of you Cavs fans. :) Now on to the optimist in me....

This weekend is going to be the best weather we have had in months, sunny, warm, perfect. There are lots of fun spring activities going on and here are just a few...

U-Turn!

Driving from a meeting today, I did a double take when I spotted the sweatband around on of the the "Guardians of Traffic" on the Hope Memorial Bridge (formerly the Lorain-Carnegie Bridge.) An immediate U-turn to investigate more. Whoever is responsible for these amazing works of art is my HERO! They are AMAZING!!!

For today, they hold the chilly rain from getting into the statues eyes...for tonight they hold our win and our pride to Cleveland. GO CAVS!
